Jip van Dort is an affiliate researcher at the Intimacies of Remote Warfare programme, specialising in wartime propaganda in contemporary Dutch politics. He finished his Master in Contemporary History at Utrecht University in 2007, worked for ten years as foreign policy adviser for the Socialist Party in Dutch Parliament (Tweede Kamer), and currently works at peace organisation PAX, as political advisor.
