Neil is a Research Assistant to the Intimacies of Remote Warfare programme. He is currently studying for a Master’s in Conflict Studies and Human Rights at Utrecht University. This follows a Joint Honours degree in Politics with Central & Eastern European Studies at the University of Glasgow. Neil is interested in all things international security but particularly in the technologies enabling remote warfare. He is currently researching the “Military-Technological Complex,” or the growing role of Silicon Valley tech companies in developing and applying consumer technologies for military purposes.
