In his latest op-ed published in NRC Jip van Dort argues that the Dutch parliament was repeatedly misinformed about the Dutch military intervention in Afghanistan and the levels of civilian harm there. He argues that this is not just an attack on innocent civilians, but also an attack on our democracy.
